Overview of the Company's Mould Department:

We are equipped with more than 20 medium and large machine tools including CNC machining centers, wire cutting machines, high-speed precision engraving machines, EDM machines, milling machines, grinding machines and injection molding machines. Our team consists of over 50 professionals, including professional mould structure engineers, senior mould designers, and senior and intermediate technicians with years of practical experience.

We mainly undertake the production of plastic products for various casings applied in auto parts, security products, fire protection products, medical devices, household products, smart home appliances and silicone products for communication equipment. We boast an annual mould production capacity of over 300 sets, a monthly injection-molded part output of 3 million pieces, and an annual output value of more than 40 million RMB. Our capabilities in product shape design, mould design, mould manufacturing as well as processing and production have won unanimous recognition and praise from customers.
